Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design and implement user-friendly interfaces, enhance user experiences, and collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to bring digital products to life. This role requires both design sense (UI/UX) and front-end development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and engaging designs.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure design feasibility and usability.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Ensure consistency in design standards, branding, and accessibility across all platforms.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and performance.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer / Front-End Developer.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
- Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with motion design or animations (CSS/JS libraries).
- Knowledge of design systems and style guides.
- Familiarity with backend integration (APIs, REST, GraphQL).
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
