Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, proficiency in modern design tools, and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles. You will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve designs.
• Ensure design consistency, responsiveness, and mobile-first approaches across platforms.
• Work with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools/technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch (or similar).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user research methods.
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with practical usability.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to collaborate with developers.
• Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
