 Job Title: Tele sales / Telemarketing Executive

 Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products/services, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-first approach.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
  • Generate leads, follow up, and convert into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with the sales/marketing team for campaign execution.

 Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales / telemarketing / call center is preferred (freshers can also apply).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Minimum qualification: [12th pass / Graduate as per your need].
