Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our sales team focused on event sponsorships and corporate client outreach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating calls to prospective sponsors and companies, setting up meetings, and supporting the business development team with lead generation and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential sponsors and corporate clients
• Pitch upcoming events and sponsorship opportunities
• Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Follow up with clients via phone and email to nurture interest
• Maintain and update client databases and call records
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for timely communication
• Share basic event information, sponsorship packages, and handle initial objections professionally

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer outreach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and explain event sponsorship benefits
• Confidence in speaking to senior professionals and decision-makers
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and organized
• Knowledge of CRM tools or MS Excel is an advantage
• Preferred background: Event sales, marketing services, advertising, or corporate outreach
