Job Description – Scrum Lead
📍 Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Scrum Lead to drive Agile best practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Agile project management and a strong understanding of Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Agile & Scrum Implementation
- Act as a Scrum Lead to guide teams in Agile best practices.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Ensure Scrum processes are followed and help remove impediments.
✅ Project & Delivery Management
- Track sprint progress, identify risks, and mitigate blockers.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define and refine the backlog.
- Ensure timely delivery of sprint goals and product increments.
✅ Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, testers, and product managers.
- Maintain transparency through project reports and dashboards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within teams.
✅ Process Improvement & Documentation
- Implement Agile best practices to optimize workflows.
- Maintain Scrum artifacts (burndown charts, velocity reports, etc.).
- Conduct Agile training sessions if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
✔ 2-3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum project execution.
✔ Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Kanban methodologies.
✔ Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar tools.
✔ Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or SAFe) is a plus.
