Job Title: Reporting Manager

Job Summary:
The Reporting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, accuracy, and timely delivery of various financial, operational, and regulatory reports. This role ensures that internal stakeholders and external regulators receive accurate and compliant data to support business decisions and meet statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and operational reports.
- Develop and automate MIS reports for senior management and different departments.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data presented to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various departments (finance, operations, risk, compliance) to collect data.
- Generate reports for RBI, SEBI, auditors, and other regulatory bodies.
- Identify and implement improvements in reporting systems and processes.
- Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze report trends and provide insights to management for strategic decisions.
- Ensure data integrity and validation across various systems and reports.
- Support ad hoc reporting needs of management and business units.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field (MBA/CA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in banking, finance, or MIS/reporting roles.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial regulations, and RBI reporting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), Power BI, SQL, and core banking systems.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of Basel norms, ALM, and risk reporting (for risk-focused roles).
- Knowledge of core banking platforms and ERP systems.
