Roles and Responsibilities:

 Project Planning and Execution:

-Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

-Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

-Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet project goals.

 

Stakeholder Management:

 -Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

-Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks effectively.

-Address stakeholder concerns and ensure alignment with project objectives.

 

Team Leadership:

 -Lead and motivate project teams to achieve set objectives.

-Assign tasks and manage team performance throughout the project lifecycle.

-Resolve team conflicts and foster a collaborative environment.

 

Risk Management and Problem Solving:

-Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

-Troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize project impact.

 

Quality Assurance:

 -Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

-Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 -Proven experience of 3–4 years in project management or related roles.

-Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

-Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

-Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

-PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities
