About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Product Manager – Banking who will be responsible for identifying, enhancing, and managing banking products that cater to evolving customer and industry needs. The role demands strong analytical, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Innovation:
    Identify and propose new banking products aligned with current industry trends and customer expectations.
  • Product Review & Documentation:
    Conduct periodic reviews of existing products, prepare detailed documentation, and ensure they are updated with relevant features.
  • Product Enhancement:
    Recommend and implement modifications to existing products to maintain competitiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Implementation & Monitoring:
    Lead the execution of product strategies and monitor performance metrics to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to gain approvals through the Business Review (BR) process and ensure smooth rollout of initiatives.
  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support strategic decision-making and product positioning.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields (MBA preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in banking product management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint – ability to create clear, compelling presentations for leadership and management approvals.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
