Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management with day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong scheduling abilities, and a high level of professionalism. This role requires someone who can manage time effectively, handle confidential information, and ensure smooth coordination of appointments and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
- Coordinate daily calendar and remind leadership of important tasks and deadlines.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence with discretion and efficiency.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements as required.
- Assist with personal and professional administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting senior-level executives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Must Have
