Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure & Network Support Engineer to manage our on-premise and cloud-based systems, oversee hardware and networking needs, and support integrations with healthcare devices such as X-ray machines and telephone systems. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for hosting, email ID creation, physical cabling, and be familiar with Microsoft environments and certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup, configure, and maintain email IDs and domain hosting services.
- Handle all hardware enabling tasks including network configuration and device setup.
- Integrate peripheral systems like X-ray machines, printers, telephone systems, etc., with the network.
- Manage cloud hosting services and online server administration.
- Oversee physical networking, including LAN/WAN setup and cabling infrastructure.
- Monitor network and system performance, and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
- Liaise with vendors for hardware procurement and service coordination.
- Maintain documentation for all systems and procedures.
- Support internal users with technical queries and system usage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure and support roles.
- Hands-on experience with network integration for specialized equipment.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred).
- Proficiency in managing email hosting (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Experience with Microsoft certification (e.g., MCP, MCSA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong understanding of hardware, switches, routers, and cabling standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with healthcare or diagnostic equipment integration is a plus.
- Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent certification.
- Ability to work independently and handle multi-location IT infrastructure.
