Job Summary:
We are seeking a courteous, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact at our bank branch. The ideal candidate will manage the reception area, handle client inquiries, and support administrative tasks while maintaining a positive and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional manner.
Direct clients to the appropriate bank personnel or departments.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications efficiently.
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
Assist in processing basic banking forms and document collection.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and filing.
Ensure security protocols are followed for visitors and staff.
Respond to customer queries and escalate issues to the relevant teams.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent diploma in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in customer service, front office, or similar roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
Basic understanding of banking products and services (preferred).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
