Field Sales Team Lead – Banking Sector

Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and passionate Field Sales Team Lead to expand business opportunities in the Banking & Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building a strong customer base, and leading a team of sales executives to consistently achieve revenue and account-opening targets.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership ability, and fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Candidates with prior banking/financial sales experience are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field sales, customer visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of field sales executives to achieve targets.
- Drive account openings, deposits, and other banking product sales.
- Provide regular sales coaching, motivation, and performance monitoring for team members.
- Develop and execute local sales strategies to capture new customers and retain existing clients.
- Ensure accurate reporting of daily/weekly sales activities in CRM or MIS tools.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and deliver high-quality service.
- Meet monthly individual and team targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 4 – 5 years in Field Sales / Team Lead (Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or Financial Products preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong skills in communication, persuasion, and negotiation.
- Leadership qualities with experience in managing and motivating a team.
- Must be fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Education: Minimum Graduate (preferred).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad/assigned territory.
