🔹 Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive – Lead to manage and drive sales of banking products in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a small sales team, achieving targets, and expanding customer acquisition through effective territory coverage.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of field sales executives.
• Drive the sales of banking products like savings accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.
• Assign daily targets to team members and monitor their performance.
• Conduct field visits with the team to identify potential customers and convert leads.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Regularly report sales performance, challenges, and market feedback to the manager.
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance.
• Ensure KYC compliance and proper documentation for new account openings.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Commerce/Marketing/Finance).
• Proven 2–4 years of experience in field sales (banking/financial products preferred).
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-driven.
• Familiarity with banking sales practices and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work on the field.
