Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our banking sales team. The role involves direct customer interaction, selling financial products like savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential customers and promote banking products.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Educate customers about features, benefits, and terms of products.
- Collect required documents and assist in the onboarding process.
- Maintain customer relationships for future cross-selling.
- Provide daily reports and updates to the team lead.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- Basic understanding of banking products is an advantage.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of field sales experience are welcome.

Must Have

- Passion for software products
