Job Title: Customer Support / Onboarding Executive

Job Summary

NK Bank is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support / Onboarding Executive to handle customer interactions, assist in account onboarding, and provide end-to-end support for personal loan, savings account, and digital banking users. The ideal candidate should be friendly, solution-oriented, and organized in managing customer documentation and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the onboarding process, including document verification and account activation
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in-person visits
  • Provide product and service information clearly and effectively
  • Assist customers with loan application status, KYC updates, and net banking setup
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, collections, technical) to resolve issues quickly
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction
  • Educate customers on digital services, mobile app usage, and repayment methods

Candidate Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer servicebanking operations, or client onboarding
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Telugu, Hindi, and English preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of KYC normsbanking documentation, and digital banking tools
  • Familiarity with Odoo CRM systems, Excel, or ticketing platforms is a plus
  • Friendly, proactive, and patient with customers
  • Ability to multitask, manage time well, and follow escalation protocols
